"Booking" refers to a scheduled service session between a Client
and a Professional.

4. User Accounts

5. Services and Bookings

5.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

6. Fees and Payments

Professionals receive payments after service completion at the end
of each month, minus applicable fees.

Early payouts are available at a higher % commission rate.

7. Code of Conduct
All Users must:

8. Intellectual Property

Professionals retain ownership of any original content they provide
but grant Buenaura a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote their listings.

Unauthorized use of Buenaura's intellectual property is strictly

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Buenaura provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of
any kind.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of
any service provided by Professionals.

Professionals operate as independent contractors, and
Buenaura is not responsible for their actions or service outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability

Buenaura is not liable for:

Losses resulting from any Professional's conduct or service.

Personal, emotional, or financial decisions made based on
services received.

Technical issues, outages, or Platform downtime.

The maximum liability of Buenaura for any claim shall not exceed
the total fees paid by the User in the past 4 months.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Client Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel a booked service up to
[X hours/days] before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of
the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%, unless otherwise specified by the Professional's individual policy.

without prior cancellation will be treated as a "no-show," and the client may be charged the full service fee.
2. Professional Cancellations

Rescheduling: If a Professional needs to cancel a scheduled
service, they must notify the client as soon as possible and offer the opportunity to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Refunds: If rescheduling is not feasible or acceptable to the
client, a full refund for any pre-paid amounts will be issued
3. Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are issued under the following

The Professional cancels the service.

The Client cancels within the allowed cancellation window.

The service provided was not as described or was unsatisfactory,
subject to investigation and approval by Buenaura.

Process: To request a refund, clients must contact Buenaura
support within 48 hours of the scheduled service date. Refund requests will be reviewed, and clients will be notified of the decision within 30 days.

Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the
original payment method used during booking. The time frame for the refund to reflect in the account may vary depending on the payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Services

Exclusions: Certain services may be non-refundable, including
